First of all, since you consider making a return this means you purchased from us. We would like to thank you for putting your trust in us and we are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our products.

If you haven't got in touch with us, please contact us by e-mail at info.bearbelief@gmail.com or by filling the form here with your order number and details about the product that you want to return and we will help you by making this return process easy and simple.


Here are a few things to know:

     - it's important to contact us before you return a product, no matter the reason. 

     - do not return a product to the address provided below unless we agree to it

     - you can return a product within 30 days of purchase for a refund, however, you will be responsible for the postage and any associated cost of returning the goods to us (please note that we don't refund or cover any shipping costs).

     - returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and unused (with all original tags attached)

     - if you return your purchase by post after the time period outlined above, we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. In these circumstances, we may instead return your purchase to you and prior to sending it, you will be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location.

     - only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded

     - to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged items

     - if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective or incorrect item) then please contact us within a week's time. We will take care of the return shipping costs and we will either issue a full refund or reship your products.

Wrong size

     - if you're unhappy with the size you've received, let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
